We are a family-owned small business operating out of Murrieta, CA. We started this business as a result of preserving and honoring the memory of our beloved German Shepherd Zahara Ebony as well as my brother Danny. “Zee” was born on New Years Day 2010 and blessed us with her love, brilliant personality, loyalty, and companionship until her passing (under Euthanasia in our home) due to cancer on St. Patrick’s Day 2022. On the day of her passing, the amazing Veterinarian that came to euthanize her offered to clip her fur and suggested to keep it in a memory box. Prior to her passing, we bought a stuffed animal that reminded us of her and decided we would use this to honor her memory as a keepsake. Zee slept with “Baby Zee” for weeks before she passed. We decided we would open the stuffed animal and put her fur clipping in it, along with a small portion of her cremated remains. Baby Zee goes on car rides with us, sleeps with our children, and cuddles with her surviving “brother- from-another-mother Rex (our Siberian Husky).” Baby Zee has brought my husband, myself- and our children- a great amount of comfort after no longer being able to have her physically by our side.

In May of 2023, we tragically lost our brother Danny. He was a huge animal lover as well and had lost his Boxer a few years back. “Diesel” lived to give Danny 15 years of bountiful and beautiful memories with a true best friend. We made a Boxer stuffy to honor both Danny and Diesel.

We have experienced great amounts of grief and loss and know the awful feeling like many people do. We know the loss of both humans and the loss of animals that are like-human. We understand that grief can be extremely difficult to cope with, and move forward with, any type of loss: family member- the blood-related, the ones we chose or who chose to have us-in their lives, and the furry ones as well. We have found comfort in carefully creating stuffy keepsakes to honor and remember those we have lost. We thank you for visiting us and for your interest in our products.
