Please note that due to the personalized nature of our custom-made plush keepsakes, we are unable to accept returns. We want to ensure that each item is tailored specifically to your preferences and cannot be resold to another customer.

However, if your order has not yet shipped, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may no longer want the product. In such cases, we will gladly accommodate your request for a refund.

Please reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped. We will guide you through the refund process and assist you with the necessary arrangements.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

If you requested the optional personalization on the wooden treasure box, we cannot offer a return of this product even if the item has not shipped. If personalization was not requested, and you have not received confirmation that your product has shipped, contact us and we will gladly refund your purchase.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@furreverremembered.com and send your item to: 27890 Clinton Keith Rd. # D255, Murrieta, CA 92562.
